A simple yet beautiful addition to any baby nursery or child’s room. Our Name Signs are a perfect way to display your child's name in their room, or as an addition to any milestone or keepsake photos.

Design your sign with your little one's first name, or first and second name. The first name will be centered on the sign in acrylic or engraved details, the second name will be aligned on the right side in engraved details.

- Made from layered wood and acrylic.

- Choose the coloured acrylic for the name.

- 3M command strips are recommended to hang.

Please note:

- Our Personalised Name Sign is not a toy and should not be handled by children. Please do not leave child/ren unattended with this plaque. They are designed as ornamental pieces or photography props. 

- Due to the nature of the wood grains and colour variation of the wood, the engraving may appear lighter in some areas. This is a common feature when engraving plywood.

We ask you to allow maximum of 3 weeks for your order to be processed before your order is posted out. This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during busy times. At times, your order may be ready for dispatch within the same day as ordering.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 via Australia post.

 

Standard Shipping

Shipping is at a flat rate of $10, Australia wide. Standard shipping takes 1-6 business days for NSW orders and 6-10 business days for all other Australian states. This is an estimate from Australia Post and is subject to change.

Once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any shipping delays.  

All parcels will be left at the recipients address when choosing Standard Postage.

Express Shipping

 

Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at flat rate of $15.

Disclaimer

Once a parcel has been delivered to your delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. Where providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as your item may not be delivered by Australia Post if the address is unclear. 

If an incorrect or incomplete address has been entered and we are not notified immediately, you will be charged again for the shipping option of your choice.

Please note that the delivery times specified are approximates and we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Returns and Refunds

Billi and Co does not offer refunds or returns on any Billi and Co items. Please select carefully when shopping with us!

If a refund request is granted, please note that the shipping fee is not part of the refund. You will be refunded for the product you purchased.

Damages
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and rectify as we see fit. Any accidental damage is not covered by Billi and Co. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of its arrival.
