Damages
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and rectify as we see fit. Any accidental damage is not covered by Billi and Co. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of its arrival.
