 How will my order be packaged?

We use cardboard boxes for our packaging. Paper shred, hex paper, or tissue paper surrounds the products.
If you are sending the package as a gift to the recipient, we can gift wrap your order in brown paper finished with a twine ribbon. All of these items can be reused or recycled.

Where possible, we use bags and packaging that are compostable or recyclable.

We aim to reduce our waste as much as possible, therefor some items may be packaged in items such as bubble wrap, paper and cardboard that we have received our products in and are reusing.

What sustainable practices do you have?

Sustainability is very important to us!

Our cardboard gift boxes can be reused for storage, or safely disposed in the recycling bin.

Our paper fill can be safely disposed in the recycling bin.

We will also use any packaging that we have received to reduce waste.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes! If you would like to add a personalised message please add this in the notes section.

 

Shipping

How much does postage cost?

Do you offer local delivery?

We do not offer local delivery, however we do offer local pick up from Newcastle NSW 2285.  Once your order is complete you will be contacted to arrange a time to pick up. 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We ask you to allow 2-3 weeks for processing before your order is posted out. This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during busy times. At times, your order may be ready for dispatch within the same day as ordering.

Do you ship overseas?

At this point, we do not offer shipping overseas.

What is your returns policy?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please select carefully!

What if my items are damaged?

If any goods arrive damaged, take a photo and please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page.
