-The backing will be wood, with the name in the chosen acrylic colour.

Extra Large Size: 590mm(L) x 350mm(H)

Large Size: 500mm(L) x 300mm(H)

Medium Size: 400mm(L) x 250mm(H)

Small Size: 300mm(L) x 200mm(H)

NOTE: Longer names will result in a smaller size, shorter names won't reach their full length before they reach their maximum height.

-I recommend hanging the Custom Name Sign with 3M Command Strips. Please ensure you follow the directions on the packet correctly.

-Our Custome Name Signs are designed for decorative purposed only.

-Due to the nature of the wood grains, the engraving may appear lighter in some areas. This is a common feature when engraving plywood.

-This is not a toy. Please do not leave child/ren unattended with this plaque.

Shipping Information

 

We ask you to allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed before your order is posted out. This processing time is subject to change and may be extended during busy times. At times, your order may be ready for dispatch within the same day as ordering.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 via Australia post.

 

Standard Shipping

Shipping is at a flat rate of $9, Australia wide. Standard shipping takes 1-6 business days for NSW orders and 6-10 business days for all other Australian states. This is an estimate from Australia Post and is subject to change.

Once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any shipping delays.  

All parcels will be left at the recipients address when choosing Standard Postage.

Express Shipping

Express shipping parcels are sent via Australia Post at flat rate of $14.

 

Local Pick Up

We offer local pick up to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas. 

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to arrange a date and time to collect your order.


Disclaimer

Once a parcel has been delivered to your delivery address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. Where providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as your item may not be delivered by Australia Post if the address is unclear. 

If an incorrect or incomplete address has been entered and we are not notified immediately, you will be charged again for the shipping option of your choice.

Please note that the delivery times specified are approximates and we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on any Billi and Co items. Please select carefully when shopping with us!

Damages
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and rectify as we see fit. Any accidental damage is not covered by Billi and Co. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of its arrival.
